- Several characters are nude during a ritual among their group.
- A woman is knocked unconscious, her clothes violently ripped off her. We see her fully naked torso.
- Models are topless with patterns resembling shirts painted on their bodies. Their visible breasts are difficult to distinguish, until their breasts are clearly seen in shots where they wear see-through clothes.
- Much talk about nude women being used for marketing and advertising
- An exotic dancer works at a nightclub and challenges men to pin and dominate her on the stage, the reward being sex. One patron accepts the challenge and rips off her bra during the struggle, exposing hee breasts for several minutes.
- A sex cult is crucial to the plot of the episode. The followers are sexually exploited and abused, being coerced and forced into sexual contact either each other. The leader encourages their shame by addressing them as sexual objects, stalking the main character after she flees the cult as a survivor becuase of wanting to command her back into the group.
- A woman pops out of a bubble bath completely naked.
- A man threatens a woman with sexual violence while tearing her top off by her sleeves, showing her bra.
- A woman wears a partly revealing lace bra, which shows her nipples underneath.
- A masked figure holds women hostage in their apartments to grope and harass them.

- A woman is knocked unconscious, violently stripped naked, and tied up in her bathtub filling with water, where she slowly drowns despite her trying to break from the ropes.
- A woman is smothered with a cloth just to stifle her screams in an elevator, then stabbed in her genitals before her throat is slashed when she's alone with the killer. Mostly blood, and she's later seen dead in the elevator by tenants of the building.
- A man is found dead when three women see him fall out of a closet, a knife in his abdomen surrounded by some blood.
- A masked assailant regularly spies on women and attacks them in their apartments.
- A woman is stabbed to death in public. We mostly see her blood, which stains another man's outfit.
- A woman is killed by a hot steam spraying her in a boiler room. Minimal graphics.
- A woman pretends to be dead in a bath, then shows she's just fine when she jumps up and reveals its a prank. A man then hits her in a rage over her gallows humor before storming out. A red spot where the woman was hit is shown on her cheek.
- Language directly implying domestic abuse and attempted rape.

- A woman is revealed to be a lesbian, and is portrayed as having an extent of lewdness due to her being closeted.
Violence & Gore
- The killer chloroforms the main female character, then pushes a corpse over a spirals staircase. When attempting the same on the woman, she wakes up and tries to break free. The main male character arrives, fights off the Koller, and pulls the woman back to safety. After fisticuffs, the killer's hand cut with his own knife, and an attempt to kill the main the same way, the man kicks the killer in his buttocks, throwing him down the stairs. Mostly mild blood and dummy effects.
- A man with deformities is found with his throat slashed, wearing gloves the same as the killer's.
- The main male character is revealed to have a pathological traumatic sickness over the sight of blood. It's revealed from experiencing blood having dripped on his face as a child when he survived a car accident.
