Storyline

William Dorn decides to get back at all the people he blames for the overdose death of his daughter and the break up of his marriage, so he decides to go on a bombing spree. His first target is his daughter's old high school, which he all but destroys. His next target is the mental hospital where his daughter was when she died and his final target is the feminist organization his ex-wife was a member of. However, during his attack on the hospital there are two people who witness this action, a creepy rapist named George Fromley and his victim, a young mute girl. When police detective Geronimo Minelli is assigned to the case he must find Fromley not only to keep him from striking again, but to keep him alive before the Dorn makes him his next victim. Two great evil performances ......
11 January 2014 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

The concept of a serial rapist being the only one who can identify a serial bomber is what drives this exploitation shocker towards B movie greatness. Neville Brand, despicable as he is, assaulting and killing to satisfy his twisted sexual fantasies, is easily eclipsed by Chuck Conners as the mad bomber, on a crusade to avenge his daughter's death. These two great evil performances are the core of this film. What prevents "The Police Connection" from being a flat out classic is head police investigator Vince Edwards, who sleep walks through the entire movie, providing zero charisma. He most definitely is no "Dirty Harry". If you can find an unedited version, get it. You will be amazed. - MERK
