This is part of a "Something Weird" double feature with Carnival Of Blood, which thankfully (for me) I like, so my purchase wasn't a complete waste. Had I only bought this headless horseman thing I'd probably not be very happy. What is this film? A mess. A hippie western horror film? Not even any unintentional comedy available to soften the blow of this one. Just flat out terrible. I guess the gist is that there's a young couple who inherit a ranch and they (along with their hippie friends) move in and take over and there's a sinister caretaker who keeps talking about when the moon is full and such...and yes, there's someone/something out and about that is doing bad things but I think that was the director, the producer, and pretty much anyone associated with the making of this hunk of junk. About halfway through I'd had enough of trying to muddle my way through this murky mess and stopped it. You'll do well by not even starting it. 1 out of 10.
