In Great Britain, the movie was only released in a strongly cut version. Even though it shows hardly any violence, the British didn't like the women's abuse in the last third of the movie. The US-DVD contains the movie almost completely uncut, saying there are only a few film tears (close to 10 seconds). A detailed comparison between both versions with pictures can be found here.
