Storyline
A young Iowa schoolteacher, thinking she is dying of leukemia, goes to San Francisco, where she hires a mob killer to take her life. However, she soon changes her mind, and with the help of the local police, tries to find the killer before he fulfills his part of the bargain. Written by

"The Face Of Fear" (1971) is a terrific Made-For-TV movie/thriller with good performances by all. A great suspenseful music score by Morton Stevens - (Hawaii Five-0), especially the music he wrote for the film's conclusion.
