There is a battle between Russian soldiers and Mongol hordes. The killings aren't shown in great details, but we see several people having been killed.

This film is mostly dramatic, and very small children may find the battle sequence to be a bit scary, depending if your child can handle such scene. However, this Soviet animation has been made for children after all.
