A movie adapted from a James Hadley Chase novel, written in 1965. As many Chase's novels, it takes place in Paradise City, Florida - Cannes, France for the movie - and tells the story of a bunch of hoods who want to steal the safes' content of the city bank. In that purpose, they get rid off the stepdaughter of the director's bank, a young girl the manager did not really know, and replace her by another young woman, an accomplice - Jane Birkin. The girl will have to get a job in the bank, she will be in charge of the safe deposit room, and help rich customers to have access to their safes.
