It's good to be Jon Lindstrom! The multi-talented fan fave, best known as Dr. Kevin Collins on ABC's General Hospital, has directed his first feature film, the psychological chiller How We Got Away With It, about an annual reunion of friends that goes horribly wrong. It hits cable VOD later this month and opens in theaters in New York and Los Angeles in April (check howwegotawaywithit.com for details). On top of that, the actor recently got hitched in a hush-hush ceremony to his longtime love Cady McClain — the iconic Dixie on All My Children and soon to be Kelly Andrews on The Young and the Restless. TV Guide Magazine had a gab session with Lindstrom to discuss it all!

Natalie is described as a troublemaker and a paranormal girl who really doesn't like humans much, according to TVGuide.com. She will appear in the season's final three episodes and will quickly strike up a friendship -- and maybe something more -- with Russell (Aaron Yoo). Together, the evolved-but-felonious couple will have some fun on a crime spree. But then Natalie may threaten to join Ultra, turning against her own people.

"General Hospital" and "The Young and the Restless" dominated the Daytime Emmy acting pre-nominations with 19 citations apiece. "Days of Our Lives" follows with 14. "The Bold and the Beautiful" has nine. The two embattled online soaps, "All My Children" and "One Life to Live," were mostly disregarded; two actors from each show were recognized in the younger acting categories (for performers under 26), but both shows were shut out of the lead and supporting races. The longlists were assembled by panels of peer judges, who watched sample performances from all entrants in each category before narrowing it down to their 10 favorites. (Because of ties, there are 12 pre-nominees for Lead Actress and 13 for Supporting Actor.) The pre-nominees now advance to the blue-ribbon round, where panels will determine the final nominees, to be announced on May 1. Best Lead Actress Sharon Case, "T »

Prior to the release of her Amazon Original pilot, Transparent, we asked creator Jill Soloway a few questions on the art of storytelling, her inspirations and the future of her new show. Read the article below.
Writer/Director/Producer Jill Soloway has always considered herself a “storyteller first and a filmmaker by necessity”. As a child, she and her sister created and performed plays for anyone that they could get to watch. This evolved into a drive to write and direct films and TV and to tell longer and better kinds of stories. Her career has been a successful one, serving as a writer and producer for series such as United States of Tara and Six Feet Under - for which she was nominated for 3 primetime Emmy Awards and a WGA award. She also took home the Best Director prize at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival for her feature film Afternoon Delight »

ABC took a hit this morning in Prospect Park’s multimillion-dollar legal action over licensed soaps All My Children and One Life To Live. The network was denied its motion to strike the part of the production company’s amended complaint in which Prospect Park asked to have the license agreement for the online shows extended and payments to ABC “excused” while the nearly year-old breach of contract suit for more than $100 million moves forward. The ruling came after a 50-minute hearing in La Superior Court before Judge Robert Hess. Trial lawyer James Edward Maloney of Texas’ Andrews Kurth represented Prospect Park, while Susan Klein and Nuritsa Ksachikyan of La’s Valle Makoff were there for ABC. “Prospect Park exercised its option — it produced an entire season of the series,” Klein argued early in the hearing. “It can’t ask the court to rewrite what the parties have negotiated.” Hess »

The Storybrooke family may have been torn asunder on "Once Upon a Time's" fall finale (pass the tissues, we're still not completely over it), but they were back together and all smiles this week on set. Star Ginnifer Goodwin tweets out the above picture, simply captioned, "Nuts."
The stars -- from left, Emilie de Ravin, Josh Dallas, Jennifer Morrison, Rose McIver and Goodwin -- are gathered around Mario Van Peebles, whom some of you may know from "All My Children" or "Damages."
But Van Peebles isn't acting on "Once Upon a Time," he's directing. After previously getting behind the camera for shows like "Sons of Anarchy," "Lost," "Damages" and "Nashville" (among countless others), Van Peebles will be helming the April 6 "Ouat" episode, titled "It's Not Easy Being Green," which we would guess might give us some backstory for new villain, the Wicked Witch of the West (Rebecca Mader).
"Once Upon a Time" returns Sunday, »
