There is one scene, where three men go to a brothel to cheat on their wives.

A man (not a vampire) has a wooden stake shoved through his chest. We see blood gushing out of his wound and the stake stuck in his chest.

Very mild profanity such as hell and damn.

Adults are shown drinking alcohol.

People smoke cigarettes in some scenes.

There are many intense and disturbing moments in this movie, though it can be considered slightly cheesy by today's standards. Probably alright for ages 14 and up.

The R rating on this film is mostly for the cathouse scene, with nudity, but the violence still contributes to the rating.
