Audio/visual unsynchronised 

When building Frosty, two boys talk to Karen. One says "We're building a snowman, Karen" and "You make the head". When they speak these lines, their mouths continue to move when they're done talking.

Continuity

After Hocus describes Frosty and Karen's plight to Santa, Narrator Jimmy Durante explains that Santa can understand Hocus's story because he speaks "affluent" (financially well-off) rabbit. He most likely intended to say that Santa speaks "fluent" (well-spoken) rabbit.
