In 1969, American International Pictures distributed this film on a double bill with L'occhio selvaggio (1967) (English title: "The Wild Eye").
The plot is somewhat similar to the James Stewart Western, Winchester 73, in which something is stolen and handed over to several people. There it's a gun, here a motorcycle.

Adam Roarke was in another biker film wherein The Hell's Angels title was either used or played-on: this and Hell's Angels on Wheels (opposite Jack Nicholson). He also starred in the biker flick The Savage Seven.
