Storyline

Inspector Clouseau and Sergeant Deux-Deux track a notorious criminal, Hassan the Assassin, to a run-down building, where Clouseau must gain access to apprehend Hassan. Deux-Deux gives Clouseau a rabbit's foot for luck. It turns out that the only luck the rabbit's foot brings is luck of the bad variety, which Clouseau discovers in each of his painfully misbegotten attempts to enter Hassan's hideaway. Entertaining, Yet Not Funny

"Hassan The Assassin" is the villain here and the Inspector and Deux-Deux have to travel to the poor-and-dangerous part of town where the criminal is hiding. He's in one of the abandoned buildings but he's spotted quickly by our dogged policemen. Deux-Deux gives his boss a rabbit's foot "for luck."

As we discover, the rabbit's foot brings luck all right: BAD luck! One disaster after another befalls the Inspector until the rabbit's foot gets into the hands of Hassan.

Nothing super, but a "fair" Inspector cartoon, from the DVD "The Pink Panther Classic Cartoon Collection, Vol. 6 - Inspector Cartoons." This is one of those episodes which isn't really funny but is still entertaining as the boys try to figure out ways to capture this Middle Eastern assassin.
