Storyline

The Tooth & Nail Hunting Society is offering a reward to anyone who can bag their only missing trophy, Speedy Gonzales. Daffy's just the fool to do it. Daffy tries telling Speedy his shotgun is a telescope, but Speedy convinces Daffy to look. Daffy tries a snare, but it doesn't work until he steps into it to figure out what's wrong. An exploding girl mouse doll keeps finding its way back to Daffy. Daffy disguises himself as a giant enchilada, but the mice squirt hot sauce on him. Finally, Daffy rides a rocket, but ends up running into a train which throws him right back through the hunting society's roof. Written by Jon Reeves <jreeves@imdb.com>

Not that great to be honest
8 May 2010 | by (United Kingdom) – See all my reviews

Now Quacker Tracker had its moments, but personally I don't think it is that good. Some of the gags and dialogue are funny, and Speedy and Daffy are fine. As are the stellar vocal characterisations of Mel Blanc. So what let it down? Well the animation wasn't that great, not the characters as such but more the backgrounds. They lack vibrancy, and as a result are one of the poorer looking Looney Tunes cartoons. Then there is a routine and predictable story, uneven pacing and the music wasn't that great either being poorly timed and the fact it was canned didn't help either. Overall, had its moments but it wasn't that great. 5/10 Bethany Cox
