Hipólita,(Gracita Morales) is a girl who decides to enter prostitution, although its physical aspect is not conducive to such motion. A night known to Daniel (Jose Luis Lopez Vazquez), salesman of a factory in articles of joke "La Chufla" that expects to have a night of profligacy with Violeta (Mara Cruz). Companion ex officio Hipólita. In the bar appears a secret agent Chinese fleeing persecution by what it urges Hipópita to occupy a room. At the time that Hipólita began to undress, the Chinese agent is murdered. Violeta the girlfriend of Hipólita that occupied the room next door with Daniel, attending both to the rescue of Hipólita. The salesman is mixed in the crime and starts a whole series of situations mixed with humor and scarecrow,.
The great success of "Operación Secretaria" (1966) of the couple formed by Gracita Morales and Jose Luis Lopez Vazquez ,which would lead to make a new version in 1974, "Fin de semana al desnudo", with Lina Morgan and Alfredo Landa, made the extraordinary chemistry of the couple comical returned to manifest itself in this "Operación Cabaretera", directed by Mariano Ozores and raising the heights of humor until the surrealism. The two players still would be in the film "Operation Mata-Hari" (1968). The two actors play an excellent performance as is usual in them. And surprised to see the beauty that took in his youth actresses like Marisol Ayuso "Sonia". It is a while very pleasant and fun displaying these old movies
