It's a short about "The Maid of Cotton", who visits the MGM lot. There are two narrators, one male, and one female. The female narrator describes what the Maid of Cotton is wearing, from every detail, even the color. The male narrator describes what the Maid of Cotton is doing, and about her surroundings.

This short was made in the mid 1960s, and it's in black & white. If it was in color, it would have been much better in the scope of the narration, and also the settings in which they used.

Doris Day, and Rob Taylor (I believe) have a bit role in it but it was minor, and forgettable, like this short.
