Continuity 

The pacing of the Daleks' nuclear countdown varies wildly from scene-to-scene and shot-to-shot, as the post-synch voiceover artiste has to fit his timing in with what's shown on the on-screen monitor.

When Ian is hanging over the edge of the large drop they have just crossed, his shirt sleeve is almost torn off. When they enter the Dalek base five minutes later, it is miraculously repaired.

Revealing mistakes 

When Susan is escorted to the entrance of the city by two Daleks, the top half of one is very clearly seen to tip backwards for an instant.

Unless the TARDIS crew have shrunk at the close of the film, the stock Roman Legion footage is hugely out-of-scale with the on-set actors.
