Storyline

Davide Lugani vive in una villa con la moglie, il fratello Carlo, paralitico, cieco e muto, ed il segretario Paolo. Il fratello sembra dotato di una particolare sensibilità, che gli permetterebbe di percepire le disgrazie e di preannunciarle. Ed infatti, le disgrazie non tardano ad arrivare. Il padrone di casa muore, stroncato da un attacco cardiaco, e l'infermiera di Carlo viene misteriosamente uccisa con due colpi di pistola. I sospetti subito cadono sulla vedova e sul segretario, ritenuto il suo amante. Il commissario incaricato delle indagini sta per arrestare i due, quando un colpo di scena risolve in modo inaspettato (ma non troppo) l'intricata vicenda.

Nothing special in this Italian thriller.

Well, I expected a little more from this flick. We find here the usual husband, wife and lover triangle. The wife and the lover get rid off the husband and the inquiry begins, with the cops searching the proof for murder. I won't spoil the movie any further.

So, you see, we have seen this kind of topic many times before, in US, France, UK, Spain...

But it's worth watching it. The English dubbing is correct. A good time waster. And it's so rare.

Except John Drew Barrymore, I don't know any of the actors. Filmed in black and white. Never heard of the director either.
