A photojournalist traveling through the Pyrenees on assignment with a beautiful writer stays overnight at an ancient Spanish castle, only to hear that the adjoining mountain is occupied by a coven of witches.
Euro and mostly Italian westerns gave out some great stuff by Sergio Solima, Corbucci, Leone, etc, but also uninspired nickel-and-dime productions made to cash on the fad and make a quick lira (or pesos !). This one is a very pedestrian efforts, without any new situations, very bad acting from the lead hero Who played for Jess Franco, that figures and shooting scenes that would be more fitted for a Wild West Show. A comic undertaken tries to provide some comic relief. Only Maia Pia Conte gives out a good performance, but can't save this incoherent mess, maybe explainable by the two directors. Avoid and see "Django" instead !
