When John goes up the stairs after talking to the actress and he says "She looks more like him than I do", the line is obviously dubbed - his mouth isn't moving.

In the dance scene, we can see Shake mouthing the lyrics of All My Loving (actually singing "All my loving") while we can hear "Remember I'll always be true".

The final concert contains 3 songs ("If I Fell", "I Should Have Known Better", "She Loves You") for which John played an acoustic guitar on rhythm. However, he plays his electric guitar throughout the concert.

Just before the group performs the song "I Should Have Known Better", John is sitting in the livestock carriage, playing with a deck of cards. The sound of shuffling can be heard a moment before he begins to shuffle them.

As The Beatles step out onto the fire escape (right before the "Can't Buy Me Love" sequence) we hear Ringo shout "We're out!". However, it is clear to see that he is not talking.

When the boys play "She Loves You" at their TV concert, Paul's Grandfather pops up on stage and George pulls him off. In doing this George takes his hands away from his guitar but the lead guitar riff continues as if he is still playing it.

Character error 

On the train, Shake is shown reading "Son of Mad." However, he would find it very difficult to read the way he is holding it, as the text in this and most of the early Mad books was printed sideways.

Continuity 

When The Beatles leave their fan letters to go clubbing, George and John are wearing white dress shirts covered by coats. When they are later seen dancing at the club, George is and John are wearing black turtlenecks.

Towards the end of the film, when Paul's grandfather scams his way into the theater, he's being chased by one policeman who isn't wearing a cap. However, in the next shot, from inside the theater, Paul's grandfather is being chased by two policemen, both of whom are wearing their caps.

Miscellaneous 

During the performance of "She Loves You" a man in a light-colored outfit can be seen running through shot on two of the cameras views as seen in the monitors (John can be glimpsed being momentarily distracted by him). No reference is made to this major error, not even by the director who otherwise is shown reacting in shock when Paul's grandfather appears on stage.

When Paul's grandfather and Ringo are sitting in the canteen, the sugar shaker on their table has about 2/3d's amount of sugar in it. Later in the scene, when Paul's grandfather picks it up to put sugar in his coffee, it's empty.
