Trivia

Writer Abrar Alvi hated the old lady's character. He wanted it removed from the script, but Lekh Tandon wanted the character to remain in the film. They eventually changed the script to Shammi Kapoor falling in love with a outsider rather then a student. See more »

A best best funny movie I had seen in my life
5 September 2009 | by (India) – See all my reviews

A best best funny movie I had seen in my life. The movie has many funny remembering moments Like Shammi Kapoor playing fun with Lalita Pawar as old man and with Kalpana as a Lover boy.Nobody can forget the funny moments that take place after Sita Devi(Lalita Pawar) develops a liking with old Professor Khanna(Shammi Kapoor disguised as an old man). The scenes that take place in the hotel where Shammi pretends himself as ill is really the most funniest scene in the movie.A great funny movie of 60's.Although later many funniest movies like Golmaal(1979),Angoor(1982),Golmaal -fun limited(2006) has come Professor(1962) would be the best best funny movie I had seen in my life.I will not speak any more about this movie.Fans of funny movies please purchase the DVD of this movie and make your life funny by seeing it.
