The legendary Norwegian movie maker Arne Skouen (Ni Liv, 1957) has made a boring war movie about Oddmund (Toralv Maurstad) who visit a mountain cabin and remembers some nasty stuff from world war 2. After a while he finds himself in a jam and must confess to his friends Ragnhild (Henny Moan) and Tormod (Alf Malland) to clear his mind. Oddmund spends some time on finding out the truth about his past back then, but the pressure makes him uncomfortable so he slowly begins to turn insane. He friends try to help him, but their effort is useless. A lot of snow, cross country skiing and cold as ice dialog makes this picture a little bit boring.
