Nelson talks about making such lampooning an art and his newest online project Rifftrax Michael J. Nelson has become very much a cult legend as head writer and then host of the Peabody Award Winning Mystery Science Theater 3000 (MST3K). On that television show and movie, he portrayed a human trapped in space with his two robot pals: Tom Servo (voiced by Kevin Murphy) and Crow T.
