Swedish action with nuclear secrets and nude camps? In 1959?
Is this bizarre or what? "Med fara för livet" or "48 hours to live" and "The man in the middle" as it has been credited as international is one truly strange movie. The script is about the american journalist Mike Gibson travelling to the swedish island Gotland to interview professor Christansson about his nuclear secrets. On the ferry to Gotland he mets the professors daughter Lena, who acts kind of strange. Mike finally gets the truth out of Lena, discovering that an international spyleague has kidnapped the professor and Lena. Two spys(dont know if im spelling right)are also on the boat, acting as salesmen selling ladies underwear. Having arrived to Gotland, he is doing his best to save the professor and Lena, but it is hard. Especially when he also discovers that one of his old friends from the war has an important role in the case
