Close It! Close It! Close It Up Again!, 31 August 2012
Author: Humphrey Fish from United States

Court jester Bugs races against the Black Knight (Yosemite Sam) and his sneezing dragon in pursuit of the Singing Sword. While this whole short is hilarious (as most of the cartoons are), there is one scene that is my favorite. It's the scene where Yosemite Sam is yelling at Bugs to open a drawbridge. The bridge does open and it falls on top of him, and he yells: "Close it, close it, close it up again!" And when it does close, he's all flattened! Every time I see that scene, I just end up busting a gut laughing at it!

To sum everything up all really nicely, I was laughing at the whole short, it's a hilarious, witty, and wonderful Looney Tunes cartoon that once again has all of what you would expect to see in a Looney Tunes cartoon, it's got an unlimited amount of laughs! This short also won an Academy Award, and all I can say is that that win was a win that was well deserved, as this short is a hilarious cartoon that will certainly make anybody who watches it laugh, and when I mean laugh, I mean that it will make them laugh hard, really, really, hard!

So bring out the red carpet for Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam as you see them bring the laughs with them! This cartoon is as great as most cartoons get, and with Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam on board, you can expect the cartoon to get pretty darn great, and it does get great! So if you are looking for a hysterical Looney Tunes cartoon to watch, then watch this one, as it is one of the funniest cartoons of the 1950's, and it certainly deserved The Academy Award that it won. So watch this and get ready to laugh, as there are a lot of laughs to be seen in this one!
