Mostly country western violence you would find in another western film.

Major Terrill's men fire guns in the area to scare people and horses, and then there supply of water.

Buck Hannassey is a trouble maker and a bully and does various things to people, such as tie up Jim in rope and lie.

Jim rides a wild horse and is thrown off many times.

Steve and Jim fight in one scene both are covered in blood by the end of the fight.

Buck attempts to rape a young woman but fails due to his father Rufus catching him, then he tries to strangle his father to death, but his father being stronger fights him off.

Buck and Jim have a duel, Buck wounds Jim and he is shown with blood on his forehead.

Buck gets very upset by the fact Jim has won and prepares to kill him but as he is about to his father Rufus shoots his own son to death this scene is sad and intense.

Rufus and Major Terrill have a duel both of them kill each other
