Complete series on DVD in the UK!
13 September 2005 | by (Herne Bay) – See all my reviews

No longer "overdue" for a DVD release I stumbled across the news on amazon.co.uk last night that the complete series of Champion The Wonder Horse (as it was known in the UK) will be released as a six-disk set on R2 DVD in the UK on Monday September the 19th! Like many of the other comments here I'm of the age to have spent many school summer holidays here in the UK enjoying this series along with the dubbed euro-imports of White Horse and The Flashing Blade.

It's great to see series like this getting a release so that we can share them with our young families. Each week Champion and his friend 12-year-old Ricky North plus the German Sheperd Rebel would save the day, rescuing those in trouble and capturing the bad guys.
