Entertaining and lighthearted comedy with great actors.
19 July 2012 | by (Spain) – See all my reviews

Two adventurers are a few resources with amateur theater company who want to succeed, posing as aristocrats. The project aims to fill the local public with his performances and, thus, to satisfy their debts.

It is an entertaining film and carefree, highly consistent with the comedies of those years. The script is very simple but still interested in the viewer continually waiting for the outcome. Throughout the film are going crazy situations, they do fear a bitter end.

This film features a cast of first row, with the duo of Antonio Casal and Angel.de Andrés. With Jose Sazatornil ("La Escopeta Nacional" 1978, "Espérame en el cielo," 1988), in a splendid job in his character. We can also see an exceptional actor Paco Martinez Soria in the character of a taxi driver, and the singer Maria Dolores Pradera, surprises us by showing youth and beauty in the scenes.

"Fantasía Española" is a highly recommended film for lovers of classic Spanish cinema
