Storyline

Shemp wins $50,000 in a radio contest and the stooges move into the Hotel Costa Plente where they live it up and wreck their fancy suite. While they wait for the prize money to arrive, the boys are pursued by three gold-digging dames after their winnings. When the check arrives however, it's only for $4.85 after tax deductions. Just As Good As The Original!
10 December 2010 | by (United States) – See all my reviews

Healthy, Wealthy, And Dumb is probably one of my all time favorite Three Stooges short films, but the remake, A Missed Fortune is just as hysterical in its own right! I laughed all the way through this short from start to finish! I remember that before I started watching this, I didn't think that it was going to be as good as the original, but then I decided to just go on ahead and give it a shot, and boy, did I laugh at this short! There is rarely a time where the remake can be just as good as the original, but with this, it was hysterical! Well I am glad that I saw this, because while I don't think that it is good as the original, I still think that it is hysterical!

Considering the fact that I now own this on DVD when I first bought the seventh volume of the two disc sets, I can watch this and laugh at it whenever I want to!

Well if you are a huge fan of the Three Stooges and haven't seen this short yet, then you probably should see it, because you are really going to find this a hysterical time just like I did, and just like Movie Nutball did. He seems to like everything out there, no matter how horrible it is. I like a lot of Three Stooges shorts that I have seen, but I do not like all of them.

Well all in all, this short is hysterical, don't miss out on all of the fun! Watch this, because you are going to find it really hysterical!
