Come Back, Little Sheba (1952)
Doc Delaney: Alcoholics are mostly disappointed men.
Lola Delaney: Sure, I know.
Lola Delaney: You was never disappointed, were you, Doc?
Lola Delaney: I'm too tired to wash my face tonight. Did you?
Doc Delaney: [about Marie] She must spend a fortune on bath powders and salts. That whole bathroom smells like a lilac garden.
Lola Delaney: I know. I like it.
Doc Delaney: [to Lola as he's leaving for work] Give Daddy a kiss goodbye.
[he kisses his wife]
Marie Buckholder: [teasingly] Aren't you going to kiss me, too, Doctor Delaney?
Lola Delaney: Go on, Doc.
Doc Delaney: I can't spend my time kissing all the girls.
