In 1953, The Aldrich Family (1949) was cancelled and was last shown in May. This show, renamed "Campbell Soundstage", became a permanent replacement beginning in July 1953 and continuing to May 1954. The format changed with the shows being broadcast live from New York City. The show was broadcast on NBC on Friday evenings between 9:30 and 10:00 PM Eastern Time. See more »
