Bedtime for Bonzo (1951)
Hans Neumann: Who expects a psychologist to think? Especially when you are so busy thinking what you think other people are thinking.
Hans Neumann: Every morning you kiss Jane?
Peter Boyd: Well, certainly. How else can we create the proper atmosphere for him?... Harmony in the home.
Hans Neumann: Ja, these are the sacrifices we have to make for science.
Peter Boyd: Look, I might as well tell you now. He's a monkey.
Jane Linden: They all are.
Peter Boyd: A real monkey.
Jane Linden: You should have seen my brother Gus.
Peter Boyd: You're no dope, Jane. You couldn't be. You haven't a university degree and you don't teach logic.
Hans Neumann: [to Bonzo] What am I going to do with you? Papa is in jail, and by now they're giving him the 13th degree.
Knucksy Breckenridge: [referring to Boyd's father] When he was buried, there wasn't a dry eye in the cellblock.
Peter Boyd: I'm going to make that old man change his attitude if it takes till I'm 90.
Hans Neumann: Good, Peter. Good, good.
Peter Boyd: Of course, Valerie probably won't be interested in me when I'm 90.
