As the parents (Horatio and Katherine) are getting ready to go to "the dance", daughter (Patti) ties her dad's bow tie. I couldn't love this movie more. Jane Powell, a sensational actress, gives an exceptional performance. Ricardo Montalban is an absolute dream and is so hilarious. Could Debbie Reynolds be more adorable? You can't help but fall in love with the entire cast.
