Shortly after Vincent arrives at George's apartment he sits down. (During this point of the movie we can only see things from Vincent's point of view.) When we see George step over to the window, the night stand is at Vincent's 10 o'clock position. Immediately after George says he can give Vincent a spare house key, the nightstand is now at Vincent's 12 o'clock position.
When Vincent/Allan is at Madge's apartment, at one point we see Madge sit on top of a pillow on the floor right in front of Vincent/Allan. A couple minutes later we see Vincent/Allan get up. When the camera turns back to Madge, she is now sitting on the couch which was about 3 feet behind her.
Dr. Coley says he's going to leave Vincent's nose alone but do work on is eyes. The bandages cover his nose, as if he's had a nose job, and clearly indicates no work was done on the skin around his eyes.
Vincent Parry wore his bandages on his face for over two weeks but only had about two days of beard growth. The human male beard would grow about 3/4 to a inch in over two weeks on average for a man like Parry.
The goof item below may give away important plot points.
Toward the end of the movie, when Vincent Parry and Baker are struggling for the gun beneath the Golden Gate, the gun flies up in the air and toward the embankment/cliff behind Baker. In the next shot, Baker is on top of Parry on the ground and the gun is on the ground near Parry's right shoulder.
