Porky's front door has molding on most scenes, but when the smallest cat lowers the doorknob to jump through the keyhole, the door is plain. On the next shot, where the drunk cat dives for where the keyhole was and hits the door, the molding is back, then disappears again when the cat falls to the floor.
When Porky is first kicked out of the house, he is next to the first three cats (they are to Porky's right as he faces away from the house). When Porky stands up, he is suddenly at a location that would be to the three cats' right (they are now to Porky's left as he faces away from the house).
When Porky is thrown out of the house the second time, and the culprit who kicked Porky out is revealed, the note in the milk bottle closest to the house is missing. It reappears when Porky is knocking on the door.
When Sylvester dives under the bed, the cels of him diving were placed over the bed by mistake, so that he appears to dive on top of the bed and then disappear.
Perhaps related to the fact that it was the first Looney Tune in nine years to use the self-writing "That's all Folks!" ending, this cartoon ends with the Merrie Melodies theme.
When the drunk cat slips into the goldfish bowl,we hear the wound of the bowl rolling on the table, yet the bowl does not roll.
