A hilarious cartoon. I was amazed to see how new Elmer looked. I thought it HAD to be post-'48. Daffy looks like a prototype for the '50s Daffy. The referee (when he demonstrates the rules to the contestants) is hysterical. One of the best Merrie Melodies.
