As the goose-stepping "Screwball Army" pillages Austria, a statue of Mr. Strauss, symbol of the will of the people to defeat Hitler, comes to life with his violin in hand. Like a Pied Piper, he launches into the Radetsky March by Johann Strauss Sr., luring the nuts and bolts to drown in the Danube River.
