Stagecoach Days (1938)
- Summaries (2)
When Tom Larkin is killed his stage line goes equally to cousins Breezy and Mary Larkin. Ringo is after the line but Breezy intercepts his impersonator Virg and reports to Ringo as Virg. When Ringo learns he is the real Breezy, he bribes Monroe to authenticate Virg and Breezy is arrested just before the big stagecoach race for the mail contract.
Stageline owner Tom Larkin (Lafe McKee) is killed by a gang after his line and his will leaves the business to his ADOPTED daughter Mary (Eleanor Stewart) and his missing nephew, Breezy Larkin (Jack Luden, which doesn't quite make them cousins per se (which is important when they pair off at the end). But since Breezy is missing, the gang-leader after Larkin's stagecoach line has his brother impersonate the missing nephew. But Breezy shows up and that makes for stagecoach days complications.
