For those in a hurry...

...who don't want to e-mail for a summary translation, here's the Film Daily short version: "The story value is light, with the plot based on the mistaken identity theme, but it has been agreeably worked out. The production value is topnotch. The direction is Top Notch."

Not real certain what "agreeably worked out" means, and am curious why the production value is a one-word. lower-case topnotch and the director's work a two-word, Upper Case Top Notch."

On second thought, all hands might be better off e-mailing for the summary translation.

The initial US showing was at NYC's Modern Playhouse, and had Hungarian dialogue with English sub-titles.
