Now this film Stars Marta Eggerth and Phillip, but, Hans Moser and Paul Horbinger Theo Lingen steals the show.I don't know if this film was made right before The Nazi invasion of Austria or after wards, but, Marta would leave after this film. The story, successful revue star Marrietta Duval,Marta, meets Hans V. Waldenau,Dorn, at a casting party. They fall in love, her dumping Paul, played by Andre Mattoni. In spite of the language barrier it seems that Dorn has a problem with show business and it's either him or that. She gives it up for him. This causes the revue to go down the drain.Paul Horbinger the theatrical director has to take his troupe on the road. They happen to stop where she now live.Through her maid, played by Luci English, who fall for the dance choreographer played by Theo,Marta fines out where they are playing and spies on them. After the show Horbnger and Rudolph Carl and Lingens spots her. They are glad to see her, since the show doing poorly with a bad singer .Being bored to death, since Dorn is always out of town, she invited the cast to her house for a party. It's when he comes back and discovers her party and get mad with her,she decide to go back into the business. The finale has a big Spanish type number called Manola.Others in the cast is Annie Rossar, still looking the same way ,as she did in later films.Good entertainment.04/20/15
