Curly was injured in the scene where two henchmen push him down an elevator shaft. He landed head-first and his scalp was opened. A studio physician stitched up the injury; the results are visible in the scene where Curly is trying on hats.See more »

Loved It!!, 12 February 2010
Author: Humphrey Fish from United States

As with many other Three Stooges shorts that I have seen, I first saw this one when I got for my birthday The Three Stooges Collection, Vol. 2, and when I first saw this short, I really loved it! Curly really does great making double duty in this one as himself and their father, who is leaving their mother for a blonde, who he intends to marry.

If you really are a very, very, very huge fan of The Ubiqutious Three Stooges, then you will really be laughing hard at this hysterical short! You will explode with laughter when you see the Three Stooges try to get their father back home to their mother, but only while Curly is in danger!

Do you want to see really big laugh out loud hysterical fun? Then this Three Stooges short is for you! I am telling you, you will be laughing yourself silly, you will laugh so hard at this, that no sound will come out! This is not one of their best shorts, but I think that this is one of their best of 1937! And I hope you will agree!
