Sex & Nudity

  • Husband pays chauffeur to frame his wife for infidelity in order to squelch her attempt at divorcing him. Chauffeur forces his way into her bedroom and assaults her; he is prevented by a gallant man who hears and intercedes.

Violence & Gore

  • Husband throws his wife to the ground; he also puts his hands around her neck and threatens to kill her. All other violence is off screen including a murder by bludgeoning and a suicide by gun.
  • The chauffeur is punched and knocked out by the gallant man. Her husband later kills the unconscious man off screen to frame the other man for murder.

  • Both principal actors are seen smoking at times. They are also seen drinking champagne along with their friends. A man is seen putting another reportedly drunk man to bed, evidently too drunk to get home otherwise.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • During a transatlantic crossing, a cruise ship hits an iceberg in fog. The collision is frightening and violent. Passengers are seen panicking and running for life boats. The passengers left are seen waiting to die.
