Clay Brent is convicted, through perjured testimony, of robbery and sentenced to FIVE YEARS in prison. Released on parole after TWO years, he is determined to clear himself and find the real culprit. He discovers that Ace Cain, the co-owner of the Conejo Bank, railroaded him to prison because Ace wanted to marry Clay's sweetheart, Judy Ware. Clay starts for the U. S. Marshal's office, but Cain hears of it and has the sheriff arrest Clay, as a parole violator.
