Anachronisms

The film is supposed to take place during World War I (i.e. the 1910s), but the clothing used in the film, and especially the women's clothing and hair styles, is clearly very much in the mid-1930s style.

The Rolls-Royce limousine seen early in the film is a 1930s model made twenty years after the setting of the movie.

Crew or equipment visible

When Suzy and Andre are saying goodbye, before Suzy gets on a carriage to the station, a large clear shadow of a studio light on a stand and its power cord can be seen on the wall behind them.

Revealing mistakes

The headline on the newspaper Suzy reads on the ship misspells the word "assassinated."
