Two mummy-related deaths (a museum guard dies of shock off-camera; an archaeologist succumbs to mumbo jumbo). A few Egyptian slaves are run through with spears. An Egyptian king is entombed alive.

Pretty violent for its time but not so bad

Imhotep is mummified alive and form 1932 this scene was very frightening and still is.

The scene when the two Egyptian men are stabbed with spears is very graphic as we see the spears imbed in there bodies, Now its a tame effect but for 1932 was very Graphic

Overall: 22/50

suggested rating PG-13 for modrate violence and scary scenes
