Since the beliefs that parents want to instill in their children can vary greatly, we ask that, instead of adding your personal opinions about what is right or wrong in a film, you use this feature to help parents make informed viewing decisions by describing the facts of relevant scenes in the title for each one of the different categories: Sex and Nudity, Violence and Gore, Profanity, Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking, and Frightening/Intense Scenes.

Sex & Nudity

A man forcibly fondles a woman's breasts. His face is seen during the act; his eyes are rolled upwards in pleasure.

The woman's breasts are briefly seen nude, her nipple is briefly flashed for half a second. Her bared buttocks are shown.

A woman is seen naked from the backside, no nudity is shown.

Violence & Gore

This is a 1929 film, so obviously the first one is done with special effects. It's extremely graphic nonetheless:

A woman's eye is slit open, causing liquid to ooze out.

A severed hand is shown, with bone protruding from wrist.

A man's hand has a hole in it, which ants crawl out from.

A woman is forcibly molested.

Two dead donkeys are seen, one is dripping blood from its nose, and has maggots crawling in the eye sockets.

A man is shot.

Profanity

None.

None.

When the woman's eye is slit, it is very realistic. Although the film is art, some may find the random disturbing images unnerving.
