In its original format, the film contained a great deal of 2-strip Technicolor footage which, unfortunately, is either lost or unavailable at the present time; this includes the "Happy Days Are Here Again" finale.

Though this is an MGM film, Bessie Love is seen reading an edition of Variety. On the back, blazoned in large letters are an advert for Universal's "King of Jazz"(1930).
