At the end of Reel #3, 0:26, missing footage in which Maizie apparently attempts to escape, but is brought back in a dirty, bedraggled condition, indicates that Reel #4 is lost, or at least a considerable part of it. Its running time at its December 1928 New York City Premiere was 70 minutes and the present version runs 65 minutes, further evidence that's it's all not there.
