It is my ambition to add as many silent film synopsis of films that have a survival status of unknown or presumed lost. I try to do as much research as I can and it is not my intention to deceive anyone, for sometimes the film does exist. I am more than delighted if someone has knowledge of a film listed as lost but survives, as I wish all silent films did survive. I hope the reader enjoys this brief synopsis.
Eve ( Virginia Valli ) and Joe ( Lawrence Gray ) are engaged, but Joe cannot help contrasting the drabness of her attire with the dressy clothes of their friends. She overhears him talking of this and breaks with him. Then, with the help of her friend, Mazie ( Nancy Carroll ), she metamorphoses into a ravishing beauty. Joe is remorseful, but the situation is made more complex when he suspects Eve of questionable relations with her boss. In the end, he discovers she is innocent and that she still loves him. - Moving Picture World, 17 December 1927.
