Jerry, a wealthy American without much sense of the underside of life, arrives in Paris and is immediately attracted by a beautiful girl he encounters in a Paris dive. Her lover, The Cat, tries to kill Jerry in jealousy, but Jerry, though wounded, survives. The girl takes care of Jerry and pretends to love him, but she really hopes only to keep The Cat from going to the guillotine. She begins to fall for Jerry, though, and must finally decide between the rich American or the dashing Cat. Written by Jim Beaver <jumblejim@prodigy.net>
