At 31:00 a woman is seen wearing a cleavage revealing dress and also a couple of times later in the film.

Some of the pirates cast lots to win a woman but the man that wins can't have her till they find out if her ransom money will come the next day. When it doesn't come the man goes to her room and grabs her. Nothing happens and soon after Douglas Fairbanks comes in and stops him.

A man swallows a ring and a pirate cuts him open (while he's still alive) and gets it out, although all this happens off screen.

A ship is blown up killing almost every one on it.

A man tries out a new sword by stabbing a man in the chest while he's tied up...but you can't really see it because it happens just off the side of the screen.

A man hits an older woman and knocks her down.

A man shoots another man stopping him from pursuing a woman.

A man hits another man in the head knocking him unconscious.

Lots of sword fighting and pirate brawling. Some of which is a bit gory.

Nothing very intense.
